Olive Oil Tasting and Wine Tasting #2

In order to properly taste olive oil in order to understand it’s quality, you take about a Tsp, swish it around your mouth, and slurp it. If you feel a spiciness in your throat, it’s the good stuff. With the newer oil, we could taste the spiciness when we ate it, even without slurping.
